About Whale Radar

Whale Radar turns raw on-chain activity into plain-English alerts on Telegram. Watch any Ethereum or Base wallet — a founder, an exchange, a market maker, your own — and get a short, human-readable summary every time it moves significantly.

Why we built it

Reading on-chain isn't hard, but it's tedious. Decoding ABIs, normalising token decimals, looking up pool addresses, sanity-checking USD value at the time of the trade — most of it can be done well by a small AI summary attached to the right data. The point of Whale Radar is to move that mechanical work off your screen so you only see signals that deserve attention.

What it is, and isn't

It is a read-only on-chain monitoring tool: wallet-first auth via Sign-In With Ethereum, no private keys, no transaction signing, no custody. AI summaries are generated by Claude on top of decoded events and USD prices.

It isn't a trading bot, a portfolio manager, or financial advice. We don't move funds. We don't recommend trades. We turn 0xa0b8...d33f swapped 2,500 ETH for 9.1M USDC on Uniswap v3 into a sentence that fits in a Telegram preview.

How it's built

TypeScript end to end. NestJS + Prisma + Postgres on the backend, BullMQ for queues, viem for on-chain reads, grammy for the Telegram bot. Next.js + Tailwind + RainbowKit on the frontend. Anthropic Claude for the summary layer. Hosted on Railway (API + worker + bot) and Vercel (web).

Roadmap

At launch: Ethereum + Base, 47 curated whale addresses, AI summaries, Telegram delivery, quiet hours, Free + Pro plans. Post-launch: more chains (Solana, Arbitrum, Optimism), better filtering (per-protocol decoders for Aave / Compound / Curve), and a stretch ZK proof-of-balance feature that lets you unlock Pro without paying — by proving you already hold the qualifying tokens.
