Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Whale Radar (the "Service"), provided by the Whale Radar team. By connecting a wallet or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service description

Whale Radar is an on-chain monitoring service. It watches public Ethereum and Base wallet addresses you specify and delivers AI-generated summaries of significant on-chain activity to your linked Telegram account. The Service operates over public blockchain data and does not require or accept private keys, seed phrases, or transaction-signing capability.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts and authentication

Authentication uses Sign-In With Ethereum (EIP-4361). The wallet you connect serves as your account identifier. You are responsible for safeguarding the wallet you use to sign in. We will never ask for your private key, seed phrase, or any transaction-signing approval beyond the one-time SIWE message.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defame, or doxx any individual or entity.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, scrape the Whale Directory, or otherwise interfere with the Service's operation.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialise the Service or its outputs without our prior written consent.
• Use the Service in any way prohibited by applicable law.

5. No financial advice

The Service is for informational purposes only. AI-generated summaries are best-effort descriptions of on-chain activity and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Polar (polar.sh). You may cancel at any time from the billing dashboard; access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our discretion and are generally not issued for unused portions of a billing period.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Blockchain RPC availability, third-party API limits, and ordinary maintenance may cause delays or missed events. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your wallet and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that risks the Service or other users.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whale Radar and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or to the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
